Express demo

Build a server-rendered ticket checkout with Express. One server-created order supports embedded, modal, and hosted payment.

What you’ll build

  • An Express 5 POST handler with explicit validation and safe errors
  • Typed order construction with the Inttegro TypeScript SDK
  • Server-owned API and idempotency keys
  • Server-rendered HTML progressively enhanced with @inttegro/js

See the flow

The gallery shows the same order embedded, in a modal, and on Inttegro Pages. The API key and order SDK remain on the server.

Select any image to view it full screen.

Run the demo

Install a supported Node.js release, set the environment values, and start the development server. The released README has the exact commands.

Key files

  1. src/checkout.ts creates the ticket order.
  2. src/app.ts handles validation, safe errors, and the response.
  3. public/checkout-presentations.js presents Checkout in all three modes.

Before you ship

Keep the API key on the server. Link the booking to its Inttegro order and verify payment before issuing a ticket.
