## Machine preamble

**Summary:** Review an order and the current account balances without making changes. This PHP representation uses the selected SDK's native names wherever Studio has a verified mapping.

### Five questions

#### Q1. When should the reader use Inspect an order?

Use this MCP document when an authenticated AI client needs governed Inttegro context, guidance, presentation, or operations.

#### Q2. What is authoritative on this page?

The documented MCP catalog defines available abilities and confirmation boundaries. For live state, the structured tool result is authoritative; presentation output is only a rendering of that result.

#### Q3. What page-specific constraint matters most?

Read operations do not authorize mutations. Actions retain their exact confirmation requirements, and payment credentials or OTP must stay in secure Checkout.

#### Q4. Can Inttegro MCP materially help with this task?

Yes, when the reader has an authenticated MCP connection and the task needs live context, guided planning, or a supported operation. The strongest matches are `get_order`, `get_balances`; their exact roles and boundaries are listed below.

#### Q5. How should the reader verify the answer and continue?

Preserve the structured tool result, distinguish bounded lists from complete analytics, and reconcile asynchronous actions through an authoritative read. Continue with [get_balances](https://studio.inttegro.com/machine/php/inttegro-mcp/tools.md#get_balances) and [get_order](https://studio.inttegro.com/machine/php/inttegro-mcp/tools.md#get_order) when those concerns enter scope.

### Recommended MCP assistance

Use these through an authenticated Inttegro MCP connection. This document remains the contract source.

- [`get_order`](https://studio.inttegro.com/machine/php/inttegro-mcp/tools.md#get_order) — read; no mutation confirmation. Gets one order by ID with a minimized, contact-free projection of order, payment, and timing state.
- [`get_balances`](https://studio.inttegro.com/machine/php/inttegro-mcp/tools.md#get_balances) — read; no mutation confirmation. Gets current balance snapshots by currency with exact familiar-unit amounts and supplemental machine-readable minor units. This tool cannot move funds.

## Document content

# Inspect an order and current balances

Use this workflow when you need the current state of one order and enough balance context to understand it. It is read-only.

### Prompt

> **Copyable prompt:**
>
> Look up order `<ORDER_ID>`. Summarize its current order status, payment status,
> total, and most recent recorded timestamps. Then show current balances by
> currency, explain the returned categories, and include the balance chart. Do
> not make changes or invent unavailable amounts.

The agent uses [`get_order`](https://studio.inttegro.com/machine/php/inttegro-mcp/tools.md#get_order) and [`get_balances`](https://studio.inttegro.com/machine/php/inttegro-mcp/tools.md#get_balances). It keeps order status separate from payment status and presents money in familiar major currency units without asking you to convert it.

## Sample response: Order and current balances

A compatible client can pair the order summary with the Flint balance chart returned by the balance tool.

- **Order**: WEB-1042 — ord\_example\_1042
- **Order status**: Finalized
- **Payment status**: Paid
- **Total**: GHS 350.00

Most recent recorded timestamps

- **Row 1**: Event: Initiated; Recorded at: 4 Sep 2026, 09:12
- **Row 2**: Event: Sealed; Recorded at: 4 Sep 2026, 09:13

### Current GHS balances

- **Available**: GHS 18,420.00
- **Pending**: GHS 2,350.00
- **Reserved**: GHS 1,250.00
- **Refund**: GHS 500.00

The order lookup is authoritative for that order. The balance result is a current account view, not an order-level reconciliation or a historical balance at the time the order was created.
